Colour Code and School Appropriate Clothing
Colour code and school-appropriate clothing: Please remember that LES students are expected to come to school respecting the colour code that was adopted by the school’s governing board at the end of the 2022-2023 school year. The colours that LES students are permitted to wear at school are white, navy blue, or black tops and blue or black bottoms. Jeans are permitted provided that they respect the colour code and they aren’t ripped. Patterns and textures will be permitted for tops but note that inappropriate imagery, slogans or clothing that expose a child’s midriff or undergarments may result in your child being asked to change. Finally, hoodies and hats will be permitted outside the building as a means to keep warm, but students will be asked to remove them inside the building and leave them on their hooks.
